Hi Lawrence. I found joining a cycling club (in my case Epsom CC) was the key to seriously getting my TT times down - they definitely train at a higher intensity than what i had been doing in my tri Club (Kingfisher's). The weekly club 10/25mile TT is a key pillar in my summer programme. Cheers JULIAN

Hi Lawrence

Thanks for joining the site - make sure you tell all your Zoom Tri colleagues about us and we look forward to your own contributions on the site!

Noticed you have joined our new Performance Lab group, which will officially be launching in association with tri247.com in the next few days. We are looking to build a schedule of "Ask the Coach" web chats across the coming months where siite members can ask a coach specific training questions. let me know if you would be interested in being involved - be a good way to "advertise" your coaching services.

Best wishes
PB Tri Ed.
