SUMMARY:Chivenor circuit races
DESCRIPTION:This year Guerciotti-jjcoach.com are proud to anounce that
  they will be hosting three circuit races at Chivenor airfield in Nort
 h Devon.\nRoad Racing beginners usually find their feet in easier even
 ts and there's no better place to start than Circuit Race meetings. Th
 e events at Chivenor on Wednesday 15th July, Wednesday 29th July and W
 ednesday 12th August 2009 have several evening races catering for a ra
 nge of abilities and age groups and are an ideal environment in which 
 to learn the bike handling and tactical skills necessary to succeed, w
 ithout the additional stress of being on the public highway. Lap dista
 nce is short, so if you get dropped, catch your breath and wait for th
 e main group to come round, and join again! A British Cycling membersh
 ip and Licence are usually needed for most events.\nFor more informati

 Chivenor circuit races are classified as follows:\n\nRegional A\nEligi
 bility: open to Senior and Junior male 2nd, 3rd and 4th category and S
 enior and Junior female riders of all categories\nDistance/Time:\n- Si
 ngle Day Event: minimum 80 km.\n- Circuit Race: minimum time 50 minute
 s.\nGo Race\nEligibility: open to 4th category riders, British Cycling
  members without racing licences and non-members.\nDistance/Time:\n- T
 he maximum time for a Go-Race event shall be 90 minutes\n\n\nFinally w
 e are running youth races which start at 1815 on the day of the Chiven
 or circuit races. The categories are: U13/U12/U10/U9. Prizes have been
  donated by Planet Bike Shop of Barnstaple.\n\nIn addition to the circ
 uit races at Chivenor the club is also organising two open time trials
  that will take place in the summer. The first a ten mile event takes 
 place on the S40/10 using the A30 near Okehamptonon the 8th July. This
  is a super fast course that has a course record of under twenty minut
 es which is more than 30mph. On August 16th we are organising a 50 mil
 e event on the S4/50 using the A38 near Ashburton. These are individua
 l races where the rider races against the clock, known as the \"Race o
 f Truth\". These events are for the more experienced rider, but if you
